Relationships

I get led on in relationships quite often.  I want to believe the best in people, but being led on is awful.  So what I did to remedy the situation without being angry and bitter is to create a system.  The idea is that I won't have to worry about my love life so much if I have a system in place.  I have to figure out how the reward system goes.  Probably something like the other person can't kiss me until they earn 2000 points.  Each "romantic action" is awarded a point value, and the other person gets points for how often they do those actions.

For example, taking me on a dinner date where they plan it, invite me (using the word date in the question) pick me up, and pay for it, gets 200 points.  Buying me flowers gets 100 points.  Telling me he loves me is 10 points and telling me he loves me romantically is 75. (Actions speak louder than words for me, and this is all about proving that you mean it, so saying that you love me isn't enough you have to show me.)

I have it all mapped out in a spread sheet and set up with formulas, so that now all I have to do is track how many times someone does something "romantic/loving" and it will calculate where they are at on the spectrum.  I'm not going to sugar coat it, I'm hard to get, but I believe if a guy is worth my love, he will see my worth.
